So sad:(

I was so excited to get this tablet, the specs for the price are awesome. I received the tablet, charged it up and tried it out. It was great, I downloaded some apps and watched a movie on Netflix and all was well. But then I started having issues with the battery. I'm not sure if something was draining it or if it wasn't charging or if it was just crashing but the short story is most of the time it wouldn't turn on, even after 8 or 10 hours on the charger. After a week I returned it to Best Buy and they were great about it but I'm super disappointed. If they can figure out the battery issues, this will be a great tablet.

Unreliable

The battery is terrible, it shuts off randomly by itself, it is very slow and overall just not worth the money invested in it. Spend abit more and get something better.

Good but .....

When i found this tablette was so happy, found on speciale and if compare to other similar popular tablette like Samsung the specs were the same if not better. Once got home charged device and started playing on it with family. Couldnt believe how nice the screen was and how well it worked for price. Then started problems. for some reason the battery wasnt keeping its charge, would charge for 6-8 hours and nothing. Tryes again 2 days later and worked well, then 1 day later dead and nothing to do again, So returned to Best Buy, by the way what good service the staff did all to help me but product was sold out. Final thought if they can fix the Battery and can keep its charge then this is a great buy, untill then beware. (problem started 4-5 days after purchase so had zero problem to return)

Good but not good enough

I was looking to replace my aging Nexus 7 (2013) tablet and this seemed like a good alternative. The box included the tablet, usb charger, the warranty and the instructions. The tablet itself looks stylish with leather-like padding at the back. The specs are as specified in the website (i.e. micro-sd card slot, intel processor, etc). Screen: They seemed to have maximized the 10in screen efficiently as there are no buttons on the tablet. The screen is responsive and I have no issues with it. The display quality (i.e. pictures, videos) appears to be less than the nexus 7. Their boasted "true2life" technology appears to be more of a liability than an asset making the images too "HDR-y" for lack of a better term. Performance and Battery life: There are a lot of bloatwares included in the tablet and some of them you can't even disable. I haven't found any issues with their Zen UI (a copy of Android software), and it doesn't seem too far of from the usual Android software that most tablets have. While most games work on the tablet, some games like Asphalt 8 (racing car game), Real boxing does not seem to work on it for some reason. I think that this tablet may have trouble playing "large" games. Camera: The tablet camera is pretty much useless as it is just as good as a laptop's built-in camera from 2010. Grainy and pixelated, I'm aging Samsung S3 produces a far better picture/video quality than this tablet. In conclusion, this one still is no match for my aging 2013 Nexus 7. It's only advantage is the screen size and nothing else.
