We are 3 masculine straight acting Gay men renting a room in this nice house in Brighton Heights. This 3 bedroom gated house has living room, dining room, nice kitchen w nice refrigerator w water & ice maker, also a non-coin washer & dryer, front porch, back deck, nice back yard, with outside lights, tiki torches surrounding the gate, also have fire pit... we have a basement with 2nd bathroom, also use basement for storage, and my friend is turning half of it into a game room with lighting displays, and 1st bathroom has been remodeled. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (rented room) and 3rd floor is the attic.
We are masculine, responsible, respectable gay men that are caring, considerate, even loving. We have great personalities, funny senses of humor, and we are always there for one another... Our home is our castle and expect all to treat it as one. We do live with 2 well trained neutered cats.
About the details on the room: its a nice size room, w a closet with shelving units in it, its carpeted (a light brown /tan color), has 2 nice size windows with white blinds, with white walls, and is right next to the bathroom. This room is renting for $300.00 (which includes cable, high speed internet, sewage) + utilities (gas, electric, & water), which will be divided by 4 people. Cats are welcome but a $90 deposit is required.
We do have some requirements:
1). Must have a job.
2). Must be responsible for your transportation.
3). Must be able to handle living with 3 masculine gay men.
4). Must be responsible for your rent, utilities, chores, as well as cleaning up after yourself.
5). Must show respect for others and their property, and treat people the way you wish to be treated.
6). Must be cat friendly
7). Must pitch in on the food or you can just take care of yourself, your choice.
8). This is a non smoking house but smoking is allowed outside.
