I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom house with a privacy fenced in backyard. I would like to be located on the south side of Wichita like the south Seneca and MacArthur area to the Seneca and 47th or 55th area maybe in the Haysville area. It would be helpful if all bills were paid as I am low income but if I am responsible for bills I could do the electricity and heating and cooling. I have a large dog he's a guard dog and that's the need for a fenced in backyard he is house trained and not destructive. He doesn't tear anything up except his toys. I am looking to move in as soon as possible as I've been living in motels for the last couple of years and it's taking its toll on my finances. Please let me know if you can help or accommodate.
