Summary
We are seeking a customer service candidate. Flexible Assembly Systems is the leading distributor of light industrial tools and equipment. The tools and equipment being sold require a technical understanding and an integrated sales approach.
Responsibilities:
⢠Cultivating new client relationships.
⢠Providing customer service through continuous follow-up.
⢠Preparing customer proposals (quotations).
⢠Self-generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calling or other viable means whenever possible.
⢠Communicate with the company management as needed to ensure smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
⢠Follow through on all sales
⢠Working closely with the rest of the sales team.
Experience Requirements:
⢠Bilingual (English/Spanish)
⢠Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
⢠Proactive work ethic; strong people skills; positive attitude
⢠Results driven individual with meticulous attention to detail
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Windows based programs to include Excel, Outlook, and Word
⢠5 years previous sales experience
⢠Previous industrial tool sales experience (preferred)
⢠Pass required background and/or reference checks.
Education Requirements:
⢠BA/BS required
