Renew contracts with customers; engage with customers professionally, both written and verbally, to renew contracts or respond to their questions about their contracts and quotes; introduce and discuss changes to their programs or contracts (training provided)
Prepare quotes, follow our sales process to guarantee compliance; prepare sales orders so finance team can invoice customers
Participate in team meetings to report on status and issues
