I'm looking for a responsible, quite person or couple to sublet part of my spacious fully furnished 2 bedroom flat to, whilst I am abroad. The flat is available from now (8.02.15) until the end of the year (18.12.15). Brooks University and the John Radcliffe Hospital are in walking distance (less than 0.5 mi). On-site parking is available, whilst I am away. The flat is on the ground floor and is very light. It is part of a four flat house. There is no real garden.
The subletting would be equivalent to a fully one bed room holiday flat. Council tax, water, electricity, internet (WiFi) and telephone (EU/US flat rate) as well as the usage of the TV, small stereo, cooking utensils, cutlery and dishes are included (Towels and Duvet covers needed).
Subject to prior arrangement the occasional use of the extra room by me and my wife would be required for a few weeks during the year. For the purpose of mail forwarding weekly or biweekly collection would need to be arranged with a friend of mine.
