Everest trekking region offers you a great opportunity to have sole experience of world's highest mountain peaks with a culturally rich Khumbu valley. Everest region also famous as Khumbu area is protected under the Sagarmatha National Park, established in 1976 with an area of 1148 square kilometers. The park is largely composed of the rugged terrain and gorges of the high Himalayas. Altitude ranges from 2845 meters above sea level (9,330ft) to the top of the world, Mt. Everest at 8848 meters (29,028ft). Everest trekking and expedition region has long been the greatest attraction for nature lovers, adventure seekers and trekkers alike. Everest region is the homeland of the Sherpa people renowned for peak climbing and mountaineering adventure.

Trekking in Everest region is the adventurous choice of a lifetime. Climbing the world's highest mountain peaks, walking through highland, cross the challenging mountain passes, sky diving, Everest Marathon and Mountain flights are the some well known activities held on Everest region. Everest trekking provides to trekkers the overwhelmed views of unbelievable peaks, Buddhist monasteries, and friendly Sherpa people. Perhaps some may even have a glance of the Yeti! The local people believe that the Pangboche Monastery actually has in its possession the real scoop of this Himalayan legend.
