In est. 5yrs, District of M.R. will REZONE from Rural to Suburban &/or Urban, & will then be SOLD to Developers, & Subdivided into 18 or 20 1 acre LOTs. I own a Reno Biz over 20yrs, & will upgrade Homes for Leasing. When ReZone Approved, the 2 older Homes will be replaced W/large Custom Design homes, front (separate from Homes) Shop/Garage, & design W/large windows to view the scenic view of the snow-capped & forest mountains, & design W/separate & 'PRIVATE' Road to access back of Properties. I own 60% of Property #1, & 33% of #2, each Property Market Value est. 7-750KCdn, but open to offers. I will buyout equity shares later @ a higher Value. Initial Investment will be Risk-Free, & returned if not satisfied, & secured BANK to BANK (more later), until negotiations W/Co-Investors are finalized, & Joint Venture obtained W/Realestate Legal Counsel.
