For our Client, one of the most important players on the global scene of finance and audit, we are looking for high quality professionals to join Shared Services Centre in Wrocław in a position of:
DUNNING AND COLLECTION ASSOCIATE with Dutch
Main responsibilities involved:
Vital cooperation with accounts payable department with regards to third party collections
Managing disputes and assigning them further to appropriate departments
Responding to email and queries
Working within the agreed timescale and target
Conforming with internal and external business guidelines
What is required from Candidates?
Bachelor degree in Finance or Finance related field
Fluency in Dutch and English
Minimum a year of accounting experience, preferably within collections functions
Capability to work independently
Multitasking
Exemplary communication skills
Previous experience within shared services organization would be advantageous
