For our Client, an international worldwide premium company from BPO sector, is currently looking for appropriate candidate, currently living in The Netherlands for a position of:
Customer Support Specialist with German or French
Workplace: Amsterdam
Ref: CSS/AM
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and answering e-mails from prospective customers (area: sport and electronic accessories)
Responsibilities:
? Providing Customer Service and Support to Users
? Taking inbound calls and answering e-mails
? Ensuring the highest standard of services is provided
? Logging detailed and accurate case notes to ensure optimal assistance for customers
Requirements:
? Intermediate vocational education (MBO)
? Native/ Fluent in German or French language
? Very good in English
? Currently living in The Netherlands and would like to work in Amsterdam
? Experience in providing customer service would be an asset
? Typing and PC skills
? Accurate, detail-oriented, well organized person
? Ready to start work in ASAP - January
