Our Client is Exclusive Hotel Residency in the the very heart of Prague. We are looking for passionate Sushi Chefs with a vision, who admire nature, raw ingredients and are in love with Japanese cuisine and culture.
Executive Sushi Chef
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
Ability to create menu and design dishes for sushi restaurant with 100 seats
Advanced knife skills
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
