Fusion Systems is seeking multiple high performing C++ Developers to join our growing financial application development team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience developing applications using C++, threads, templates, system and network programming APIs.
The successful candidate will benefit from on-the-job training and participation in a highly motivated team that is:
- Developing ultra-low-latency financial trading applications
- Implementing and upgrading exchange connectivity for Asia markets
- Developing new features for algorithm trading, risk management, etc
- Conducting Unit and Integration Testing
- Transforming Business Requirements into C++ Implementations
Requirements:
- English language ability (Japanese ability is a plus)
- Solid experience as a C++ developer
- Strong design and implementation capabilities
- Solid understanding of software development methods & SDLC
- Software test & debugging techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for solving challenging problems
- Enjoy working in a high-energy, dynamic environment
Desirable:
- C++ template meta-programming experience
- Agile methods & tools
- Securities trading application development experience
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix kernel programming, networks, in-memory databases and performance turning
