I am an American nanny with over twenty years experience, living in the Chicago area. I have been caring for children most of my life and love it. Children are my life's work and number one interest and priority. I have fourteen terrific children of my own. I would like to have the chance to work for a family in Tel Aviv this summer, caring for and educating their children and taking care of their home and pets while they work or travel or just relax. I am a cheerful, positive person with a lot of energy, only in my early forties, trim and athletic. I have a bachelor's degree in French and a minor in Russian and have almost completed my teaching certificate to teach public school foreign language. I am studying Hebrew now a well.
I do not require a salary specifically, as this is a cultural exchange I am requesting. I would request my plane ticket to be covered or partially covered, room and board and a small amount of spending money per week. No salary is necessary.
In exchange, I can help your children keep up with their studies over the summer, improve their English or French studies and take them to their activities each day. I can also care for them successfully and help them to have a happy summer while their parents work or travel. I can also provide laundry and cleaning for your family. I am well-organized, smart and energetic. I think this would be a positive experience for everyone involved!
My asking price would be about $100 per week (300 shekels per week) but is negotiable.
