Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Janakpuri,Delhi 110018

This is night shift 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM fixed in Indian Standard Time.
5 days working (fixed Sat and Sun off)
Job Responsibilities
Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels
Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking and phone calls.
Contact and qualify candidates by email and phone
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiations
Deal with candidates professionally and negotiate rates
Format resumes for submission.
Stay in touch with candidates through the hiring process and facilitate candidate closing
Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description
Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies & recruitment methodologies
Requirements:-
Experience 0-2 Years.
Good Communication skills
Graduate with any Stream but should have good communication Skills
Candidates near to Janakpuri location or willing to relocate near to office location,
Food will be provided.
