Sustainability has become a much discussed issue on the Global level. To face the various challenges related with the Sustainability new and new skill sets are required in every walk of life. In the Skill Development process obsolete dimensions are not having any relevance today. Now this era requires Innovations in every kind of Skill Sets whether Managerial, Technical or Human Skill to achieve the organizational goal of Sustainable Development. Global Economy has now looking towards India as an emerging International Economic Super Power. One of reasons behind such thought process is the, Globally reasonable labour cost and a rich talent pool which has been a distinct advantage available to India throughout its well diversified socio-economic growth story. With around 60 percent of young population, India is having a distinctive advantage and an unique 20 to 25 year’s window of opportunity called the“Demographic Dividend” in the form of young work force to contribute in the World’s Economy. However, within the next 2 decades the global economy is expected to witness an unprecedented skilled manpower shortage in various fields of Management & Technology due to their very low employability ratio. To fully reap the benefits, India needs to exploit the available demographic dividend through skill development to fulfill the Global Needs across the sector. Skill Development is the present need of the hour.
