1. Can I buy products from other suppliers and sell in the distribution center?
Strictly, Barista Choi will not allow any authorized distributors to source products from outside suppliers aside from the central warehouse. If the distributor finds any supplier of same products, the distributor can inform of the warehouse to test the product first.
2. How can I order products?
The distributors will create the Purchase Order addressed to the central warehouse and then it will be processed on time set by the management for the order preparation and delivery/shipping.
3. Do I have a minimum order requirement?
For the coffee vendo machine, there is no minimum quantity ro order while on the powdered flavors is 720 kilograms per order. Along with the powdered flavors ordered is the 72,000 pieces of cups. The distributor can benefit of the delivery charge and/or shipping cost.
4. What does Barista Chois payment terms for distributors?
Barista Choi implements a one-up-one-down rule when it comes to the payment of stocks ordered to the central warehouse. The said rule means that the central warehouse will deliver products to the distribution center and the payment for that is on the next delivery schedule.
5. How can I price the products I will offer?
Barista Choi will set an SRP and the distributors can follow that or even offer the lower price.
6. How long is the warranty of the machine? How about the shelf life of powdered flavors?
The machine has a lifetime warranty for as long as it is properly used and/or it has factory defect and not on mere negligence or the user. When it comes to the powdered flavors, it can last until six months. Products are stored in FDA-approved storage areas.
