CARESTREAM MEDICAL is a leading distributor of Respiratory, Anesthesia, Biomedical devices and accessories to hospital, EMS, and clinics across Canada. A rapidly fast paced growing company with close to 70 employees in its group of companies and due to continuing rapid growth Carestream Medical has a full time position available for a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include:
? Working closely with sales representatives to provide quotations to customers, working with customers directly on the phone/email
? Aid in the marketing division, ie customer contact for promotional advertising/selling, aiding in the creation of marketing material
? Handling direct projects in working hands on with customers
Requirements:
? Must have at least 3 years direct experience in dealing with customers
? Must be able to function independently, and within a team environment
? Must be well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop an asset
? Medical background an asset, RN, RRT, or other allied medical occupations.
