*free rent for longer term lease available - If the fixed term lease can be 3 months or more, free rent at the end part of the lease can be provided to lower the effective average monthly rate, as long as all rental payment is on time during the term. Part or whole of the last month`s rent (or the last few months` rent) will be waived so as to give a lower effective average monthly rate as follows:
- 3 months or more - only $1690 per month on average for fixed term lease 3 months or more;
- 9 months or more - only $1490 per month on average for fixed term lease 9 months or more;
- 12 months or more - only $1390 per month on average for fixed term lease 12 months or more;
( add utilities fee of $39 per person per month)
while the Regular Monthly Rate and the monthly rent required is $1990 per month (plus utilities fee), part of whole of the last month`s rent or the last few months` rent will be waived in order to give the abovementioned lower effective average monthly rate for the entire term if the fixed term lease can be longer as specified in the above.
