The founders of Alto Vocal Arts Academy have a singular passion: Exceptional Vocals.
It is our goal to provide our students with highly specialized Bel Canto vocal training.
Our drive is to see our students develop their vocal abilities and exceed their goals as singers.
We train students to:
· Discover and develop their true, natural voice.
· Learn correct breathing technique using the lowest position of the
diaphragm and abdominal muscle support.
· Find the correct technique for fixation of vocal cords and learn about
correct larynx position during the singing process.
· Increase volume, range and improvement of high tones.
· Learn how to open the jaw correctly and the technique "Inhalare la Voce" which
translates to "inhaling the voice".
· Learn how to maximize head and body resonance.
Our approaches are extremely helpful for rock or pop singers and actors who want to improve their speech and vocal ability, as well as for those working on specific repertoire or preparing for auditions and examinations including RCM.
