Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Scarborough on Neilson Avenue at Finch Avenue East. We are currently seeking a contract 3 month Machine Operator paying $16-$18 per hour for our night shift(s) -7pm-7am, 5 days on, 5 days off.

Qualifications
Relevant college diploma
3-5 years experience maintaining heavy equipment
Mechanically inclined with an aptitude for troubleshooting and fixing machinery
Able to work 12-hour shifts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of computers

Role and Responsibility
Cross train on an assembly line manufacturing solar panels
Monitor the running condition of the machinery and make necessary repairs
Learn and become proficient at all stations of the assembly line
Participate in company safety procedures and programs; correct unsafe work practices or situations
Participate in continuous improvement
Other related duties as required
Our assembly line runs 24/7 with 12-hour shifts 7pm-7am.
