? Provide exceptional Guest Service at all times
? Provide Front Desk Services including but not limited to: Facilitating Guest requests, follow through on Guest issues, maintain registers, answer main switchboard, and deliver Guest items to staterooms
? Provide Guests information and assistance as needed on Castaway Cay, Disney?s Private Island.
Qualifications, Skills, and Other Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years front desk/guest services experience in a high volume hotel or resort (200+ rooms)
? Familiarity with front office computer software and proficiency in common software such as MS Word and Excel
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
? Ability to deal with Guest challenges and handle multiple situations simultaneously
? At least 21 years of age and fluent in English; Multi-lingual preferred but not necessary.
? Willing to commit to at least an 6-month contract, 7-day, 70-hour work weeks with limited time off
