Group Class Dance Instructor - Salsa & Ballroom
We are looking for experienced Dance Instructors in Toronto.
Company Profile:
Ours is a well known dancing organization and we teach dance to people from all walks of life be it kids, first time dancers, groups, special wedding classes for the couples and families. We create a complete new way of life where people can come and experience many things from learning in dance classes, going to dance events to building a social circle.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge of dances (Salsa and Ballroom)
- Passion for dance
- Great patience and highly interactive
- Making the lessons fun, upbeat and enjoyable
- Thoughtful, organized and a great plan you would follow in the class
- Articulate and naturally build on what was learned in previous class
- Be flexible and ability to harness the students energy and ensure everyone is participating and having fun
- Teaching at just the right speed
- Motivate and make students feel proud of themselves
Critical Requirements:
- Experience of a minimum of 2 years teaching Salsa and Ballroom in a group class setting.
-Dance Certification.
