Christian owned multidisciplinary chiropractic clinic and wellness centre is seeking a Part Time Chiropractic Assistant in Scarborough.
CA will be expected to perform (but not limited to) the following duties:
- Aid Chiropractor during physical examination of patients, gives specified office treatments, and keeps patients' records
- Performs computerized portion of the clinical examinations and re-examinations on patients (will provide training)
- Create welcome packets for new patients
- Give or assist with treatments, such as various electric stems, ultrasound, ice, stretches, rehabilitation exercises, wellness exercises and record treatment information on patient's chart.
-Assists the front desk staff in answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, patient intake, returning phone calls, creating patient files and filing
The ideal candidate with have the following skills:
- Must be respectful, friendly and personable with a strong ability to multitask AT ALL TIMES
- Follow the directives of the Chiropractor and Office Manager with a positive and professional demeanour
- Have the ability to learn fast and work in busy environment
- Must be proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
- Have a heart to serve others
