Im one of the 22 million coaches in North America. I noticed a couple years ago that evaluations done by 99% of sports organizations across the globe still use pen and paper to perform evaluations of their athletes. Doing athlete evaluations this way is very ineffective and makes it tough do do anything worthwhile with the data collected. Some take it to the next level (like I initially did) which is to make a spreadsheet to run numbers to be able to do more with the data but this does not get around a VERY painful aspect of a huge amount of data entry (and the errors that go with it)
..so I made www.skillshark.net .
Skillshark.net the first affordable tool of its kind that allows player info to be entered by coaches from any sport onto the website and then allow many evaluators to use a mobile app to gather the information. Once complete, data is uploaded to the website with a touch of a button and reports are instantly available for coaches to make decisions from.
The app is downloadable from the App Store for iPhones or iPads for free. Downloads will be available from GooglePlay for all Android devices as well in Fall of 2016.
