WANTED; I am seeking a rural house, year-round cottage or apartment for semi-retired 55+ mature, clean living, tidy, responsible, independent single male, no dependents, with varied community and legitimate business interests. Preferred location within less than one hour commuting to Ottawa/Gatineau. References are available upon request. Security Clearance was acquired as former owner of IT Security provider to the Canadian Government. I have also formerly owned, operated and renovated properties. I possess the skill-set, tools and equipment to be self sufficient in terms of property management. I would entertain renovation, upgrading and additional maintenance of the structure and grounds.
