Used Piano - 1909 Gerhard Heintzman upright

This is an upright Gerhard Heintzman piano of Toronto (a 'Canadian Steinway'!). Not sure how old, but I'd place in the early part of the 20th century. One hammer in broken (right most key), but the rest play fine. The wood is scuffed up and damaged in a couple of spots. The keyboard cover is damaged and doesn't close properly.
