Our motto is Nurture in Nature. We have 1/3 of an acre of private outdoor space, fully enclosed by 15 foot cedar hedges. We aim to spend as much time as possible in this natural landscape by bringing our indoor curriculum outdoors.
Inside we have 600 square feet of dedicated daycare space with an attached bathroom and kitchen area for constant supervision of the children. Our play space is divided into play areas including a mix of active and quiet play. The children enjoy both child-led and teacher-led activities each day.
I offer a language rich environment full of songs, stories and meaningful conversations. Every moment is a teaching moment here at Ivyleague Daycare. I help each child build a strong foundation for life long learning and help prepare children for elementary school both socially and cognitively.
Each child is provided a private nap room with a full size crib and we accommodate morning naps. Meal time is a social affair full of conversation, rhymes and learning (math discussions about fractions while serving food etc).
Please check out my daycare website for more information about my home daycare and to set up an interview.
