Crew chief is needed full-time in the summer. Heading up and painting alongside a tight-knit team of student painters, you will be responsible for all aspects of the job-site and for day-to-day customer relations. You will be directly supported and mentored by the Owner to ensure your continued success and skill-development. Get a leg up on your peers with this impressive resume-builder!
We want a crew chief with at least one year of experience supervising small teams and providing stellar customer service in a fast-paced environment. He or she must be able to demonstrate significant leadership skills and also come highly recommended. The successful candidate will have full-time access to a cell-phone and a vehicle with roof-racks, and be willing to move equipment and crews. Previous painting experience is an asset, though full-training will be provided to the right candidate.
Pay is results-based, starting at $13/hr piecework; this allows you to earn what you?re worth, rewarding your success with the pay you deserve. Generous incentives and rewards, as well as raises that reflect your increasing level of responsibility allow you to earn even more. Outstanding candidates would have the opportunity to manage their own franchise at the Owner level next summer.
Also note that if you are looking to work part-time now, marketing work is available through to the painting season.
