Looking to sublet a lease that ends August 31st 2013. I'm already moved out so you can move in ASAP.
You have the option to take half the lease for $450 a month, or the full lease for $899 a month.
You can take my half of the lease and my roommate will find someone to take his half (in which case you pay $450 a month as it will be my roommates legal responsibility to pay the other half until he finds someone to take over his half, who you will need to approve of before they can move in so there is no worry of being stuck with someone you don't want to live with), OR you can take the full apartment to yourself (or with whoever you're planning to live with) for $899.
Greenbank Towers, near Baseline and Greenbank (across from Pinecrest Cemetery). Close to Algonquin College, Baseline Station, Bayshore Station / Mall, IKEA. Heat and hydro extra. Pet friendly, balcony overlooking a dog park. Laundry in basement works on re-loadable card, not coins. Pool in the apartment is free to use and never crowded.
