Looking for a young professional/student that we can get along with in a 3 story townhouse in a quiet neighbourhood for Aug 1. Wed like to keep to an age range of 20‑30.
Single occupancy only.
House:
The townhouse is really spacious and bright with lots of windows. The bedroom being rented out is on the ground floor, with glass doors opening to the backyard. I believe the dimensions are 12' x 10'. There is a half bathroom on that floor which would be primarily for your use (toilet/sink only). The other bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are on the 3rd floor. Youd share the shower with one other guy.
On the second level, we have a big, bright kitchen, and there is a large open shared living space with a fireplace. I have a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher, and central air.
A decent amount of storage space is available. Parking is also available & included. It's a 5 minute bus ride to Baseline Station/Algonquin - were right on the Transitway (30 second walk to the 94/95 stop from the front door) with buses to downtown coming in the morning every 5 minutes and running 24/7 (20-25 minute ride).
Preferably no cats/dogs, as I currently have 2 cats living in the house.

I'm a 26y/o f/t working female, my roommate is a 26 y/o male student.
We're both friendly, easygoing and relaxed, fairly clean but not super-neat-freaks. We don't usually have parties here, but don't mind having a friend or two over now and then. Hopefully youre ok with a little metal and punk music now and then, and perhaps a game of Mario Kart too! We often drink and party a bit on weekends, but were pretty quiet on weeknights. Smoking is OK, but only outdoors or in the garage.
