ROOM FOR RENT - MOONEY'S BAY $500

I'm a female Carleton student going into 4th year in the fall looking for a new roommate to move in May or June with the opportunity to stay into the fall. My apartment is across the street from Mooney's Bay along the 140 and 87 bus routes. It's a 5 min bus ride to Billings Bridge, 20 mins to downtown, and 2 min to the o-train. Rent is $500 including utilities, only extra would be internet & tv. I'm looking for someone who's clean, responsible, a serious student, who likes to have fun every once and awhile. Other details: hardwood floors, balcony, large sized room with closet, laundry on site, indoor pool. I can provide pictures for those interested.
