1) Mortgage Partner (Mortgage Qualifying and 2-3K Investment ~ High ROI ~ 3 year exit strategy)
This position is taken ~ however we have another 2 projects that we are working on that haven't been released!
2) Money Partner (No Mortgage Qualifying and ROI is 23%/year ~ 3 year exit strategy)
3) RRSP 2nd Mortgage Investing (No Mortgage Qualifying and ROI is 14%/year ~ 3 year exit strategy)
Our team members are located all over Ontario. We have many projects that are available starting with a minimum of 20% ROI for just participating as the money partner. (NUMBER 2 ABOVE)
