Part-time Legal Assistant required to start Monday, May 2, 2011 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). Must have experience in civil litigation, personal injuries, insurance law, and some family law. You will be working for one (1) Litigation Lawyer. Duties include, but are not limited to, attendance at the Court House to file documents, preparation of letters and correspondence, and preparation of court documents (e.g. Statements of Claim, Mediation Briefs, Affidavits of Documents).
