Seller-provided details for this listing.
Im living in a two bedroom apartment in Alta vista tower. Id like to share this apartment with a female who is responsible and clean. The rent is 450.0$ per month and all utilities are included. It is a friendly and clean place for students and professionals.
It is very close to down town, 5min by bus to Hurdamn station. There is bus rout 8 just in front of the building. And rout 86 is located at the back of the building.
Shoppers, Subway, Tim Hortons are next to the building. You can walk to train yard shopping mall; it will take only 10-15 min. The building is safe and convenient.
The room will be available starting April 01. You can live as long as you wish but you need to notify me two months in advance before you move out. Last month deposit is required.
If you need more information please contact me. Thanks!
