I am looking to get out of my current lease due to a few personal obstacles. I love this building and will be sad to leave. The apartment is a big 2 bedroom with a huge master bedroom and a nice size second bedroom. The living room/dinning room area is huge and the kitchen is a good size. There is no carpeting in the apartment it is all laminate and tiles in the bathroom. It is all inclusive, heat, hydro, water and it also has central air conditioning. The building has laundry on site, an outdoor pool, a full fitness center, secured entrance, 24 hour emergency services, a storage locker in the basement and parking is also available for an extra $40 a month. It is on the 7th floor with a balcony and the building has 3 elevators. This is the largest 2 bedroom layout that the building offers. My lease ends August 31st and after that it is a month to month rental. The building is clean, and well maintained and I have never had a problem with neighbours. It is located on St Laurent blvd near Walkley. It is also located directly across the street from Elmvale shopping center which has a Loblaws grocery store, LCBO, Beer store, banks, home hardware, pharmacy and Post office and more (Pretty much everything you need).
