Description
Seller-provided details for this listing.
3 bedrooms upstairs, one down with a full bath on each floor. Bright cheery eat in kitchen with south facing window. Floors are hardwood and laminate through-out. Living room area is a nice dark cherry hardwood. Back yard patio is very private, facing a grove of trees, next to a park.
All appliances are in place, including the washer and dryer, and a nice quiet Kenmore dishwasher.
I can tailor the lease to suit a couple or family, or rent by the room to students.
This is my first venture into rental property. I am willing to be very accomodating to any specific needs....just ask and we'll see what can be done.
