In Ancient Hawaiian belief, spirit dwells in the body. They offered various practices, including 'moving meditations to assist us with clearing anything holding us back from being fully and truly who we are, leaving the pure Spirit that lives within to flow, shine, be released as Love in Motion in our communities and on the planet.

Hawaiian Healing Ho'oponopono, also helps to clear old grievances with ourselves, or others in our past. The workshop will include a modern version of Ho'oponopono from the ancient Celtic wisdom tradition, called 'Core & Cellular Healing'. Both these methods create a 'quantum' opportunity for personal as well as spiritual growth, as it deepens
our connection with God - the Spirit in all living things.

The name 'Maika'ike' is a Hawaiian word meaning: 'The Strength of the Knowledge'. Included are the moving meditations, some based on ancient dance, contemplation, music, profound relaxation, and a powerful Living Prayer process from the Hawaiian and Celtic Wisdom Traditions.
