RetailTrack Mystery Shopping is looking for a positive, outgoing and fully bilingual individual to join our scheduling team in our Kanata office. You will be responsible for liaising with our shoppers by telephone across the country to work on our clients' mystery shopping projects. No experience is necessary, but we do need you to be:
- Fully bilingual (you will be talking with French shoppers as well as proofing their reports)
- Happy. No, seriously, we're a relatively small office, so we can only have happy people in it
- Organized
- Self-motivated and a problem-solver. Not that we have a lot of problems, but sometimes our projects require some creativity and tenacity
- Customer focused. We are in the customer service business!
- Willing to do whatever it takes. Everyone here works pretty darned hard
- A big fan of chocolate cake.
