Take over my lease from February 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012.
My rent is currently $882 per month - it includes one parking spot and utilities. From what I gathered from the rental office, a one bedroom apartment would be rented for $899, plus $25 (electricity), plus $45 for parking - the total would be $969 per month.
Very nice neighbourhood. There's a bus stop (bus 86) right in front of the building and it takes between 20 to 30 minutes to arrive downtown - no transfer required! About 10 to 15 minutes driving distance from downtown core.
A small shopping center (pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, etc) is at walking distance from the building.
The landlord will allow me to transfer my lease to another person if they meet the following requirements: *Good credit (via a credit check) *Proof of income Criminal and *Police check.
