comfort of your own home. From 2 - 24 for Dinner Parties up to 100+ for cocktail parties
Customized menus or choose from the Chef's Selections.
Chef Tim has been working in the restaurant business for the past 20 years and has a vast
knowledge of different cuisines and delicacies. He will prepare all of the food at your home
and serve you as if you were guest at your party.

Spinach Salad with Roasted Red Peppers, Brie and Candied Pecans
Savory Crème Brulee with Portobellos, and Goat Cheese with Balsamic Marinated Tomatoes
Roast Beef Tenderloin with Bacon Shallot Port Sauce with
Lavender Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Parsnip Beet Tuiles
Black and White Crème Brulee (Chocolate on the bottom and Vanilla on Top)

the 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Everything was delicious and it was fascinating
