QTMG Personal Injury Lawyers is looking for an independent self motivated, self confident associate who wishes to work with like-minded colleagues, as a plaintiff=s personal injury lawyer. The ideal candidate craves the freedom to be their own task-master while still working within a supportive real firm structure--i.e. not space sharing. We cover the over-head and we provide you with the tools to get going quickly. You provide the drive to put in the hours you choose, to service the clients you select, in the areas of law that interest you. In our collegial environment you will get the support you ask for.
Our firm thrives on success and is results oriented. Compensation is wholly dependent on the ability to deliver wins as contingency retainers provide no prize for second place. Compensation is an equal percentage of collected billings with a small draw system to keep the lights on during the occasional dry spell.
The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of personal injury and/or general litigation experience. They will be a motivated and self-assured individual who will strive to earn an annual base income of $250K + while maintaining a work life balance that respects their own personal and family needs. Working smarter with an appreciation of the task at hand is an invaluable trait of the ideal candidate.
