We are looking for someone to take over one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment located in the heart of downtown Ottawa. Located on the corner of Bay and Albert Street, this beautiful apartment is walking distance from the University of Ottawa, and seconds away from the transit-way and tonnes of restaurants and shops! The building itself drips with style, from the sconces on the walls to the gilding in the windows, to the beautiful fireplace mantle, it was truly the apartment of my dreams. The apartment is fully furnished and painted in beautiful pastels. It is decorated with original art by its current occupant (and your future roommate), an artist in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Ottawa named Sandra. She is an amazingly talented, friendly, and caring... everything you could ask for in a roommate. I don't know what I will miss more... this beautiful apartment or it's fabulous second occupant! In addition to this lovely lady, you get the 24 hour support from the property management company, a very professional group who has helped us with everything from finding parking, to replacing burnt fuses, to fixing clogged drains. But alas, I am moving in with my wonderful father and am seeking someone to take over my lease, from December 1st, 2011 (earliest) to August 1st, 2012 with possible extension. Want to know more? -One mature, friendly, reliable and quiet roommate.

-Internet and hydro are extra (split between us, they average to about 60$ a month total)
What We're Looking For:
-MUST have tenant's insurance
- A Female-Identifying individual is preferred
- A Student or Professional over the age of 20 (or in their senior years of university or college)
- A Cat Lover who will share the space with our two fuzzy feline friends
