Description
Seller-provided details for this listing.
I'm looking for two roommates for my new townhouse! I have one large bedroom upstairs that would be $550 all inclusive (hydro, VIP cable, home phone, and internet) and the finished basement bedroom would be $650 inclusive as it is HUGE and has its own two piece bathroom (big enough you could have your own living room and office area as well as bedroom). The rest of the house will be fully furnished so all you need is your bedroom furniture!
This place is also pet friendly as I have my own dog and cat and am open to other animals (as long as they all get along!).
The townhouse is located on Elmira drive (just off Iris near the Iris Station). We also have a small fenced in backyard that will have a nice patio set and BBQ.
I am a very friendly and laidback university grad looking for mature (but not too mature), laidback, happy people to live with. I prefer people who are also social - but not in a parties every weekend way.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in please send me an email! The place is being renovated but for those that are seriously interested I will arrange a viewing with the landlord. More photos available by email.
Thanks!
