2 bedrooms

Is there anyone out there that can help us - Looking to rent preferable a small house or townhouse with 2 bedrooms - near Algonquin College or near direct bus route - 2 people will be occupying it - looking at staying at a budget of $900.00 plus hydro or all inclusive for $1,100.00 - can do a little more if we have commitment. Wanted for September 1, 2014 or will also look at Mid August. Also willing to look at a 2 bedroom apt with good sound proofing or if there is a heated garage I can use. I am in the music program so I need be practice playing my drums which I would only practice during reasonable hours and usually only 1 hour and no late on evenings.
