We are looking for a third roommate for our 2-story 3 bedroom apartment.
Rent includes everything: utilities, cable, internet and laundry, you will never have to see a bill.
Parking is available for 50 $ a month behind the house and there is free street parking. Also parking available in the back for visitors.
The place is pretty spacious and is fully furnished other than the bedroom though a bed and bookcase could be provided if needed. Laundry is in the basement and there is plenty of room for storage. There is also a bbq in the backyard and a garden in the front.
The place is close to everything. Bus stop for the number 9 Hurdman or Downtown right outside front door. Less than 10 minute walk to Rideau Centre and even closer to the restaurants and shops in the market (great in the spring/summer/fall for buying fresh fruits/vegetables). 15 minute walk to the University of Ottawa.

We are two girls in our mid twenties both recently graduated and starting careers. We are very friendly and like to hang out together but respect each others privacy. We are clean but not clean freaks and share the household chores and clean up after ourselves.
We are looking for a mature student or young professional to move in May first or as soon as possible after that. Must be respectful, clean and easy to get along with. Place is actually available April 28th if earlier move in is required.
First month and 450$ security deposit required.
