Two rooms available in 5 1/2 (near Beaudry & Maisonneuve)

Two bedrooms in a 5 ½ clean, affordable apartment available for lease starting June 1 or July 1. Excellent location just two blocks away from Beaudry metro station, perfect for CEGEP, UQAM, Concordia, or McGill students (like us!). You'll be sharing the apartment with a second-year music student at McGill. The former tenants had a cat, but there is a no dog policy in the building. Neighbors are students (and musicians), so don't worry about making a little bit of noise now and then.

Photos on request. Rent is 350 per room, plus hydro and internet. Email or TEXT back (514-655-0130).
Thanks for looking!
