Our client is major bank and they are looking for a Servicing Analyst in Montreal, QC
This is 5 months contract with strong possibility of extension.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 5:00PM
Essential Duties:
The contractor will be responsible for transaction processing, filling, communicating with business partners to provide assistance with information requests via email and/or phone.
Processing and entering customer account transaction that will be communicated to them by the various department
This is a team and fast paced environment where communication skills and attention to details are paramount
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
College degree in a relevant field
2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
Previous FI experience is preferred
Bilingual French and English verbal & written (8/10 at a minimum)
Professional and courteous demeanor
Great communication skills
Customer Service skills
Computer savvy
