Overall responsibility
Under the supervision of a supervisor, the agent will have to offer an excellent customer service and reach the campaigns sales objectives.
Key areas of responsibility
- Promote different products and services
- Identify customers requirements and offer them the best products and services available
- Use specific computer programs to answer the customers questions
- Follow the suggested script
- Convince the clients to buy the product and/or services using rebuttals
- Reach quality objectives
- Reach sales objectives
Qualifications
- English or Bilingual
- Excellent communication skills
- Courteous
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in customer service (an asset)
Salary: 10$ to 11$ Excluding Commissions
