Responsibilities
-Conducting outbound phone interviews
-Ensuring that you reach the target respondent and scheduling call backs as necessary
-Collecting data while ensuring impartiality

We will be offering landline assistance of 25$ a month for Montreal Research Interviewers who do not already have a landline phone. Proof of installation is required.
Requirements
-High school completion or equivalent
-6 months of customer service experience
-Quiet home office with a corded, landline phone
-A computer with Windows XP SP2 or higher, minimum 1GHZ single core or dual core with at least 512MB of RAM
-Wired internet access with a minimum speed of 3mbps
-Noise-cancelling headset
-Professional and pleasant phone manner
-Internet Explorer 8/9/10
-Available a minimum of 22 hours a week and 20 hours of weekend work per month
-Complete fluency in English and/or French
-Located in Quebec with landline within the local calling distance of Montreal
Assets
-Work from home experience
-Fluency in additional language(s): Cantonese, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.
