This position is based in Quebec or Southern Ontatio. The successful canditate is resonsible for thefollowing:
-Accompany distributor ales reps ion joint sales calls;
-Meet or exceed sales perforance targets;
-Improve the company's quality management process through rducing costs, increasing sales/net profit and customer satisfaction
-Develop pipeline of sales through prospecting for new customers, scheduling appointments, and demonstrating product benefits;
- Comply with policies and procedures as definedin the company policy manual
-Respond to customer product inquiries;
-Forecast/anticipate client direction and bjectives;
-Monitor customer complaints, follow up in outstanding orders;
-organize training sesions for distributors, survey market and competitive conditions;
-Perform other similar or related duties as assigned by the regional manager.
